Now empty-nesters, it was time to downsize. We sold the family house and moved to a a much smaller living space, a condo unit. I no longer have any grass to cut, no snow to shovel away. Cleaning is a breeze. The underground garage means a vehicle protected against the elements (not to mention a warm car to get into and drive away during the winter season).
